Q: What are your access hours?

A: Our storage facility offers 24-hour access, 365 days a year.

Q: What are your office hours?

A: Please give us a call. We are very flexible and will try to accommodate your needs.

Q: Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

A: You may purchase a quality lock from us at your time of rental, or you may bring your own lock to use. Each tenant is required to have a lock prior to storing items in his or her unit.

Q: What are the lease and payment terms?

A: We offer month to month leases. Your first month’s payment is due in full at the time of move in. Most units are prorated so each month’s rent is due the first. We find it is easier to remember that the rent is due the first of each month.

Q: Is a security deposit required?

A: Yes, we do charge a security deposit on each unit. The deposit is refunded to you after you’ve vacated providing the unit is empty and no damage is found. The security deposit is always issued in the form of a check

Q: Will our movers have adequate access?

A: Our sites are designed to provide easy access for moving trucks. We feature wide aisles between buildings.
